PETALING JAYA: National No. 1 mixed doubles pair Chan Peng Soon-Goh Liu Ying will have to overcome the ‘enemy within’ to qualify for their third consecutive Olympic Games.

They have to face compatriots Tan Kian Meng-Lai Pei Jing and Goh Soon Huat-Shevon Lai Jemie as their main challengers for the Tokyo Games tickets.

A country can have a maximum of two pairs for the Tokyo Games provided they are placed in the top eight when the qualifying period ends in April next year. Only the top 16 pairs qualify. Peng Soon said he and Liu Ying would do whatever it takes to remain in the top eight of the world rankings to keep their Olympic dream alive.

Tom tom, has Tony Blair been tried by ICC yet for committing serious war crimes in Iraq? Maybe this incompetent idiot been reading the newspapers upside down all this long. Looks like Malaysia’s hereditary rulers are nothing more than MonarchsOfMayhem. We need a bi-partisan approach from our politicians like anwaribrahim and those in the opposition on a firm solution so these Rulers do not try to usurp political power or dabble in business. PM and cabinet is right Thomas. You know that too well.
