IPOH, May 27 — The Ministry of Communications and Digital will continue its effort to bring the National Journalists’ Day celebration to other states including Sabah and Sarawak, says Minister Fahmi Fadzil.
“...perhaps among the locations we can consider are Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and Kuching, Sarawak depending on the suitability of our media partners,” he said when met after inspecting the preparations for the opening ceremony of the Hawana 2023 celebration at the Casuarina Convention Centre, Casuarina Hotel here today.
On the preparations for the highlight of the celebration, Fahmi said he was satisfied, adding he hoped that the celebration would be an annual programme under the ministry’s calendar of events.
