Kuala Lumpur: Crackhouse Comedy Club co-owner Rizal van Geyzel has filed a new bid to the attorney-general’s chambers (AGC) to review his three cybercrime charges over the uploading of alleged offensive content on social media.

Deputy public prosecutor Noor Aslinda Che Seman told the sessions court here today the prosecution received the defence’s third representation letter last Wednesday.“We are still looking into the contents of the letter,” she said. Sessions court judge N Priscilla Hemamalini fixed June 26 for the prosecution to update the court on its decision to review Rizal’s charges. Rizal was represented by lawyer M Pravin.
