Words from the alleged conversation, which were in Chinese, had even been turned into rap lyrics and shared on YouTube and TikTok.
"My family runs a coffee shop and I do not believe we have ever offended anyone," she said, adding that a police report was lodged at the Pusing police station on Nov 4.
