He said with an investment totalling approximately RM948 million, the plant is projected to be completed by 2Q 2025, creating almost 500 jobs on 14 hectares. “To maintain growth and welcome green investors to Melaka, we have, through the Malaysian Investment Development Authority and Invest Melaka, put serious efforts in making the process simpler and shorter and also provide a conducive environment for industries,” he said.

Flash floods affect 57 houses in MelakaAt least 57 houses in Melaka Tengah and Alor Gajah were affected by flash floods following heavy rain for more than two hours since 3 pm.
