Penang Infrastructure and Transport Committee chairman Zairil Khir Johari said the water level at Air Itam Dam on Monday was at 48.6% compared to 47% last week.
"The state government intends to conduct another cloud seeding exercise depending on weather conditions. If the rainy season starts, then we no longer need to do another clouding seeding operation," he told reporters here on Tuesday .
