“Therefore, the constituency development funds allocated to MPs and assemblymen and implemented by PPMs may be used only in the current constituency concerned,” said Yong. Yong said the long-overdue parliamentary approval for the seat increase in Sabah brought to a close an issue that Sabahans had been waiting to be resolved.
