China, Malaysia to enhance bilateral ties, says Ismail Sabri

CHINA has pledged to continue enhancing bilateral ties with Malaysia, especially in tackling current challenges like global inflation and food security, Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob said today. According to Ismail, Foreign Minister Wang Yi said as much during his courtesy visit to Putrajaya today.“I have expressed the view that every conflict should be resolved at the negotiating table and not through war,” Ismail said in a Facebook post.

He said the cordial hour-long meeting also discussed bilateral relations and the importance of developing the digital economy. – Bernama, July 12, 2022.
