Chef Noom berhasrat untuk membawa para pengunjung mengenali hidangan 'street food' di Thailand dengan menawarkan rasa yang asli di Chim by Chef Noom.

Di tengah-tengah bandar Kuala Lumpur ini, revolusi melibatkan industri kulinari semakin berkembang termasuklah bidang masakan diketuai oleh Thaninthorn “Noom” Chantrawan.

Kerjasama ini amat penting dalam menghidupkan menu yang melangkaui hidangan konvensional agar dapat memberikan pengalaman yang belum pernah dinikmati oleh rakyat Malaysia melibatkan masakan Thai. Menyesuaikan masakan tradisional Thai dengan selera masyarakat Malaysia menjadi satu perjalanan inovasi dalam dunia masakan buat Chef Noom yang terkenal dengan sikap inovatifnya terhadap hidangan klasik Thai seperti menu signature Tom Yum Plachon Bo-Larn.

“Saya membawa citarasa asli saya sendiri ke meja. Ia melibatkan pembentangan visi saya tentang masakan Thai,” katanya. Menu ciptaannya adalah tafsiran moden masakan tradisional Thai di mana setiap hidangan dibuat dengan teliti untuk mempamerkan intipati budaya Thai. “Setiap tugas adalah satu bab dalam buku masakan saya, ia mengajar saya kepentingan inovasi, persembahan dan mengejar kecemerlangan tanpa henti,” ujarnya.
