This was my most hyped title this year since Elden Ring (not considering delays) and it is such a bummer to see how they put this out. Was going to be a day 1 but still haven't picked it up. Feeling like I'm just going to wait for a discount or game pass tbh. Inexcusable for $70
I was still able to get a refund quicker than they could update it.
The day one patch didn't really fix the shader compilation stutters on PC all that much. I don't know what people in the comments are talking about 🤷♂️.
Not Kotaku misrepresenting the PC version’s state of affairs. Pc performance was improved within a day. Not perfect, but better with more improvements to come.
Why oh why if they had a patch on day one didn't they delay it a week to fix it and avoid the disaster?
PC version was fixed within 24 hours.
Why are most of the bugs on those two platforms?
I gotta say, the PC version performs much better after the day 1 patch. Glen wasn't kidding that somehow somebody goofed it seems. He really should stay out of people replies though LOL
Oh well
