Cabotage policy did not stifle foreign investments, says Wee

In tonight's debate with DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng, Transport Minister Wee Ka Siong has dismissed claims that he caused Malaysia to lose foreign investments. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, November 2, 2021.

Wee Ka Siong has stood firm with his cabotage policy, saying that Malaysia did not lose out on foreign investments as claimed by certain quarters. The transport minister and DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng were tonight engaged in a debate over the cabotage policy.
