The benchmark index opened 5.34 points lower at 1,521.72.The market breadth was negative with decliners outpacing advancers 252 to 111, while 259 counters were unchanged, 1,647 untraded, and 11 others suspended.Turnover stood at 223.78 million units worth RM112.02 million.
