The UKM economic expert said faced with the Covid-19 situation, the issue of economic growth is unlikely to be given the highest priority in Budget 2021.

“The upcoming national budget will hinge on aspects such as jobs and people’s income,” Prof Jamal Othman, from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia’s Economics and Management Faculty, said during a Ruang Bicara session aired on Bernama TV yesterday.
