Bagaimanapun, beliau menjelaskan jarak landasan ECRL itu lebih pendek daripada sebelum ini iaitu sepanjang 684 kilometer. “Landasan baharu ini sepanjang 648 kilometer iaitu 40 kilometer lebih pendek,” katanya seperti dipetik dalam laporan The Star Online hari ini.
