The body of Kamariah Sungkim was discovered around 2.55pm in Kg Binunuk, about 1.7km from her home, according to District Police Chief DSP Ismail Abdullah. Police received a missing person report at 9am on Thursday. The woman was characterised as being clothed in black and white, with a hijab and no shoes.
She was last seen in front of a fertiliser shop at the Sawit Kinabalu plantation in Kg Binunuk by a lorry driver.
