Menerusi video yang dimuat naik, kelihatan beberapa orang lengkap memakai peralatan perlindungan peribadi , sambil mengusung mayat yang dibungkus didakwa merupakan pesakit Covid-19.

Jennifer Zeng menerusi laman Twitternya mendedahkan sebenarnya masih wujud lagi kes Covid-19 di negara tersebut tetapi ia dirahsiakan.Menurut Jennifer, kes berkenaan berlaku di Wuhan dan dirahsiakan atas sebab politik, tidak mahu didedahkan kepada umum kerana ingin kekalkan “zero cases” di China. Video viral tersebut kini sudah mencapai lebih 23,000 retweet dan lebih 700,000 yang melihat video tersebut.
