PETALING JAYA: Ketiadaan pemilihan bagi lima jawatan tertinggi PAS mungkin menyebabkan Muktamar ke-69 parti itu berlangsung agak tenang, namun persoalan lebih besar timbul “siapa pemimpin pelapisnya” untuk mara lebih jauh.
Tanpa sebarang pencalonan pemimpin lain, Hadi Awang kekal sebagai presiden, begitu juga Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man selaku timbalannya dan tiga naib presiden Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar, Idris Ahmad dan Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah. “Walaupun tiada pertandingan ‘Top 5′ tetapi untuk AJK ada, muka baharu perlu tanding supaya sentiasa ada pelapis boleh beri nafas segar serta idea baharu…orang muda sekarang fleksibel bukan semua faham sifat wala’ .
Bagi Ketua Penerangan PAS Khairil Nizam Khirudin, tidak timbul soal siapa pemimpin pelapis parti Islam itu walaupun tiada pertandingan bagi lima jawatan tertinggi dalam parti.
