BERSATU will hold a special meeting on July 20 to amend the constitution pertaining to party elections, said its chairman, Dr Mahathir Mohamad. The prime minister said the amendment was to enable ordinary members to play a role in determining the election of committee members at the branch and divisional levels, while the delegates at the divisional level could decide on the party’s supreme leadership.
