PETALING JAYA: The people of Bentong are elated that Pahang has progressed to the second phase of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) and they have called for the rest in the state to do their part to keep Covid-19 infections down.

Domestic and Consumer Affairs Ministry personnel found people and businesses happy to not be confined to their homes any longer as they went about their business at a shopping centre.

“Even if I cannot afford certain things, I will try and share the cost so we can do our part to jump-start the economy,” he said. He reminded others that the only way to have more sectors open up is to continue to comply with the standard operating procedure.
