Beard Brothers BBQ is the first and only restaurant serving Texas-style barbecue. If there’s any barbecuing method that beats out the rest, it’s most certainly the Texas-style barbecue.

The Texas-style barbecue is different from the usual barbecue in that it involves cooking meat with a “low and slow” method.Meat is smoked to perfection for 14 hours over local firewood until it turns tender, juicy and flavourful.Hence, the Beard Brothers have decided to turn these into tasty ingredients for two new culinary offerings that Malaysians are certain to welcome.

The ramen noodles are incredibly springy and it is hard to avoid slurping entire lengths of it into your mouth.The meat is incredibly tender and juicy and it will be hard to find anything as fried to perfection as this little side dish.If Japanese is not really your thing, you will find yourself content munching on the range of sandwiches available at the new Beard Brothers Deli.

The macaroni is soft and the homemade cheese sauce extremely delicious, with the shredded mozzarella and cheddar adding to the cheesy goodness.
