Kota Kinabalu: Sabah’s young entrepreneurs were told to be focused, decisive in their business decision-making directions and be resilient and not afraid to fail, from where they can learn great lessons to rise up again and be successful.

“You have to make your decision, trust your instinct which is one of my fundamental rules, despite all the second opinions you solicited. You cannot come to me for a decision. You need to have a contingency plan.“When you make your decision, you must know what if it goes wrong. You should learn from your stupid decision,” said panel speaker Robert Wong Choon Shein, Chairman of Agrow Malaysia Sdn Bhd. The occasion was an entrepreneur masterclass.

“Sabah Entrepreneurship Transformation started the mission in 2018 to create 100 entrepreneurs yearly. To date, we have created more than 500 entrepreneurs and impacted more than 50,000 business communities.“You are more likely to succeed by devoting your resources to focus on doing one big thing. “Fear became my self-motivation, it challenged me to life-long learning. At the age 47, I further my study in Shanghai and obtained my MBA degree.
