Timbalan Pengarah Penguat Kuasa KPDNHEP, Rosli Ahmad berkata, barang tiruan itu termasuk kasut, beg tangan, aksesori telefon, dompet dan minuman keras.
"Kesemua barang yang dilupuskan ini adalah daripada 33 kes rampasan dibawah Akta Perihal Dagangan 2011 sejak beberapa tahun lalu. "Barang tiruan ini dilupuskan selepas semua kes itu selesai sama ada secara kompaun atau tindakan di mahkamah. Kebanyakannya kes di Kuala Lumpur dan Selangor," katanya. Beliau berkata demikian dalam sidang akhbar Pelupusan Ekshibit Bilangan 6/2019 di Kompleks Penyimpanan Bahagian Penguatkuasa KPDNHEP di Nilai dekat sini hari ini.
Rosli berkata, sejak Januari hingga Julai lalu, KPDNHEP telah melakukan sebanyak lima pelupusan barang tiruan bernilai RM1.87 juta melibatkan 173 kes sitaan. - UTUSAN ONLINE
