Bank Rakyat aims to future-proof its banking operations and improve customer experience by tapping intofleet with CelcomDigi’s 5G connectivity solution. According to the bank, the enhanced connectivity will improve operational efficiencies and deliver high-quality services to customers with seamless and swift transactions, even while on the move.
Bank Rakyat says it will explore numerous digital IoT opportunities, especially for cloud and cybersecurity solutions. It added that the initiatives will create avenues for additional digitalisation solutions and applications, fortifying the Bank’s digital capabilities, improving customer touchpoints and elevating competitiveness in the market.
Bank Rakyat CEO Dato Dr Mohammad Hanis Osman said, “Bank Rakyat has always prioritised customers’ needs through the enhancement of our customer’s journey by providing relevant financial or digital solutions in line with the Bank’s digitalisation and great customer experience agenda outlined in its five-year strategic plan, BR25.
