Before all the development, the area near Stesen Universiti was so alive & bustling with activity. Hawker stalls. Pasar malam. Now it's all gone.

Ooo...saya ingat Bangsar South tu hanya nama bangunan di Jalan Kerinchi tu...rupanya nama kawasan ye YB fahmi_fadzil ...so nama bangunan sebelah masjid tu tukar ke Kg Kerinchi Tower lah ye...

Seremban is Kuala Lumpur South, anyone?

Since it's no longer a kampung, why revert to the old name. Perhaps KERINCHI only without the kg.

WongYK8 Bad decision. Of all places, Bangsar South? Really?

Kita patut bergerak dgn arus pembangunan. Kalau nama Bangsar South tu akan membawa lbh byk kegiatan ekonomi utk rakyat, apa salahnya? Nape pulak x tukar kembali nama Lebuhraya Sultan Iskandar kpd Lebuhraya Mahameru, ataupun kembalikan nama Putrajaya kpd Ladang Prang Besar?

Knp tak Bandar Kerinchi?

Adoi aku keje kat kg rupanye.. Hahaha

Okie, so are we changing all the road names back to their pre-independence names? Since British who built them out of the swamps and jungles. Or does this populist move only apply selectively, while disregarding the numerous issues at the place formerly known as Bsar South?

JUSTICE. sulaiman_azmil

Great move. In recent years, we've seen some new high end developments in Segambut Dalam which has long been in existence having their address as North Kiara as more condos are currently being (over)built. And there's even East Kiara, along Jln Kuching! limlipeng hannahyeoh

Why can’t they take away the kg from the name? It is now Bandar la.

Should not hv bangsar south in 1st place, i thgt bangsar south at serdang, if kerinchi i knew where it is
