Beliau berkata demikian selepas Pelancaran Bantuan Sara Diri dan Bantuan Kecemasan Mahasiswa dan Penyerahan Sumbangan Bantuan Makanan Percuma di bawah Inisiatif Tuisyen Cikgu Saarani di Pejabat Menteri Besar Perak di Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan di sini hari ini. Mengenai program hari ini, Saarani berkata, pelancarannya merupakan salah satu program di bawah inisiatif Tuisyen Cikgu Saarani dengan peruntukan sebanyak RM2 juta.
“Bantuan itu melibatkan pemberian antara RM500 hingga RM2,000 kepada mahasiswa sepenuh masa semester kedua dan ke atas bagi peringkat Diploma, Ijazah Sarjana Muda, Ijazah Sarjana dan Ijazah Doktor Falsafah di mana-mana Institut Pengajian Tinggi yang diiktiraf Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam dan Agensi Kelayakan Malaysia .
