Perdana Menteri berkata, peruntukan itu termasuk Program ePemula kepada dua juta belia yang berumur 18 hingga 20 tahun, pelajar sepenuh masa di peringkat diploma atau Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia 4 dan ke atas di institut pengajian tinggi awam serta swasta. “Alhamdulillah, inisiatif yang melibatkan peruntukan berjumlah RM300 juta ini telahpun dilaksanakan dan dinikmati warga belia,” kata beliau dalam perutusan sempena Hari Belia Negara, hari ini.
Katanya, ia dijangka dapat memanfaatkan seramai kira-kira 350,000 orang mahasiswa serta memudahkan mereka mengikuti aktiviti pembelajaran dalam talian dan melayari internet untuk tujuan penyelidikan.
