DENGKIL: Authorities have clamped down on a number of illegal cosmetic and dental services after simultaneously raiding eight premises in Kuala Lumpur and three states on Monday (Feb 21).

The Immigration Department, together with Health Ministry officials, detained 20 foreign women and a foreign man following raids in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Negri Sembilan.

Immigration Department director-general Datuk Seri Khairul Dzaimee Daud said investigations showed that those arrested were either clients or employees."They were aged between 25 and 40," he told reporters when met at one of the premises at Dengkil on Monday."They were offering services priced from RM350 to RM8,000.
