“Langkah transformasi ini menepati pendekatan konsep sinergi 3M iaitu man, machine and method,” katanya pada sidang media selepas menghadiri Perbarisan Perutusan Perintah Ulung Panglima ATM ke-22 di Dataran Panglima Tentera Darat, Kem Perdana Sungai Besi di sini hari ini. “Dalam hal ini, doktrin-doktrin latihan yang terkini berdasarkan persenjataan sedia ada dan geografi negara perlu digubal serta dikeluarkan oleh setiap jalur perkhidmatan,” katanya.
