: Aspek keselamatan dalam talian khususnya, kepada kanak-kanak di bawah umur 13 tahun perlu diberikan penekanan oleh ibu bapa, kata Menteri Komunikasi Fahmi Fadzil.

Fahmi yang juga Ahli Parlimen Lembah Pantai berkata demikian ketika ditemui pemberita selepas merasmikan program Kembali Ke Sekolah Bersama Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia dan Shopee di Projek Perumahan Rakyat Sri Pantai di sini hari ini. Beliau berkata Kementerian Komunikasi juga akan mencadangkan satu kempen kesedaran diadakan di sekolah yang akan disertai bersama-sama pengendali platform media sosial.

Fahmi turut memaklumkan beliau telah mengadakan pertemuan bersama wakil Tabung Kanak-Kanak Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu di Parlimen minggu lepas dan mempunyai beberapa rancangan untuk menjayakan kempen kesedaran dalam kalangan guru, ibu bapa dan murid mengenai aspek keselamatan dalam talian.
