And now, the AirPods Pro are available in Malaysia at RM1,099. You can pick it up on Apple’s official, while we should see physical stocks hitting the shelves at authorised retailers soon. To recap, the AirPods Pro is promised to have up to 4.5 hours of music playback with ANC enabled. or up to 5 hours with ANC and transparency mode turned off. If you include the charging case, you’re looking at a total of more than 24 hours of music playback. Meanwhile, a quick 5-minutes charge in the case can provide 1 hour of music playback or talk time.
It’s powered by the same Apple H1 chip that the 2nd-gen Apple AirPods have, and the AirPods Pro now use an in-ear design with silicon tips. There’s also a “transparency mode”, where you can pinch on the stem of the earphones to hear your surroundings. In addition to that, a combination of outward-facing and inward-facing mics help to cancel out noise at a rate of 200 times per second for noise cancellation.
