Kota Kinabalu: Seorang anggota tentera berusia 32 tahun didenda RM2,500 atau penjara empat bulan kerana menyerang isterinya tahun lepas.

Md Zul Iskandar Hassan mengaku bersalah di hadapan Majistret Stephanie Sherron Abbie atas tuduhan menumbuk isterinya di belakang kepala, pipi dan belakang badan serta menarik tangannya pada jam 9 malam 4 Jun 2022 di sebuah unit di Kem Lok Kawi di Penampang.Dia didakwa mengikut Seksyen 323 Kanun Keseksaan yang dibaca bersama Seksyen 326A Kanun sama.
