'This will allow MACC to perform its tasks independently.'

Transparency International Malaysia is strongly backing the suggestion by Dewan Negara president Rais Yatim for the MACC to be placed under the direct supervision of Parliament.

TI-M president Muhammad Mohan said in doing so, it would also allow Parliament to appoint the graft buster's chief commissioner.

Right now, Parliament is made up corrupted politicians. How will corrupted politicians appointing corrupted MACC chiefs help to wipe out corruption? Disband MACC, MACC is a waste of Rakyat's money.

Bukan lantikan Parlimen. Lantikan oleh YDPA amat wajar untuk Jawatan Tinggi di Malaysia. Buat temuduga yang baik sebelum lantikan rasmi.

MACC: Ex-Felda board member acquitted of bribery charges after further investigation | Malay MailKUALA LUMPUR, Sept 5 — The decision by the prosecution to withdraw 29 corruption charges against former Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) board member Datuk Noor Ehsanuddin Mohd Harun Narrashid was based on facts confirmed from further investigation. The Malaysian Anti -Corruption... I mean, seriously. The fact that he had returned the amlunt was not known at the time the charges were proferred? Even then, having borrowed money as inducement to award projects is still corruption. Even if the finds were returned. We're doomed. Majulah Malaysia WHAT DOES THIS TEACH OUR CHILDREN? U CALL THIS JUSTICE IN THE COURT OF LAW-What an embarrassment !
