All parties should accept court decision on Sabah assembly dissolution, says CM

Sabah Chief Minister Mohd Shafie Apdal has urged all parties to accept the Court of Appeal's decision to throw out former chief minister Musa Aman's appeal of a high court decision that the matter is not subject to the courts. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, September 8, 2020.

ALL parties should accept the Court of Appeal’s decision to dismiss an appeal brought by 33 assemblymen against a high court ruling over the Sabah Yang di-Pertua Negeri’s decision in dissolving the state legislative assembly on July 30. Sabah Chief Minister Mohd Shafie Apdal said the court had provided a platform for the parties concerned to have their voice heard.
