ALL of Klang Valley is an intensive care unit according to Charles Santiago, as daily Covid-19 cases continue to mount in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. The Klang member of parliament said there was a shortage of health facilities and equipment to help those infected by the coronavirus and no guarantee anyone entering the ICUs would come out alive.
