AirAsia offers 23% off promo to celebrate lower Passenger Service Charge |

Effective 1st October, AirAsia passengers can enjoy lower Passenger Service Charge at KLIA2 and other international airports where it operates. The Minister of Transport, Anthony Loke, had announced a revision of the PSC for passengers travelling outside of ASEAN from RM73 to RM50.

According to AirAsia’s Group President , Bo Lingam, the low-cost carrier will proceed to charge the lower PSC from 1st October 2019. In the official release, he said “the fact that the Cabinet has chosen to reduce the applicable PSC to RM50 demonstrates that the PSC rates set by the Malaysian Aviation Commission are maximum rates rather than fixed rates, consistent with statements made by Mavcom.

To thank its guests and supports, AirAsia will be having a 23-hour “Shared Prosperity” promo on 1st October 2019 with a 23% discount on all seats to destinations beyond ASEAN.
