KUALA LUMPUR: The political aide of the Balakong state assemblyman has reported receiving a sharp weapon in an envelope from an unknown individual in a move believed to be linked to the anti-Jawi campaign.
He said the assemblyman’s aide did not know the identity of the individual and had never received any threats before. “Members of the public who have any information on the case should go to the nearest police station or contact the investigating officer for the case, Insp Md Fahrul Afifi, at telephone number 014-370 0870.”
