Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah dan Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah berbuka puasa bersama Jemaah Menteri di Istana Negara.
Perdana Menteri Anwar Ibrahim dan isteri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail yang pulang daripada lawatan kerja rasmi ke Arab Saudi petang tadi, turut hadir pada majlis itu.Antara Jemaah Menteri yang hadir ialah Menteri Dalam Negeri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail, Menteri Pertahanan Mohamad Hasan dan Menteri Luar Zambry Abdul Kadir serta timbalan-timbalan menteri.
Majlis itu turut dihadiri perwakilan asing antaranya dari Yaman, Turki, Arab Saudi, Syria, Jordan, Mesir, Senegal, Palestin, Bangladesh, Libya, India dan Brunei.
