After Umno, opposition sends letters to Agong rejecting Muhyiddin - party sources

After Umno revealed letters from 13 MPs addressed to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong rejecting Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yasin, party sources from the opposition bloc said they too have sent similar letters to the palace.

With the opposition’s 105 MPs, the sources claimed there are now 118 parliamentarians who are against Muhyiddin. The support of 111 MPs is required for a simple majority in the Dewan Rakyat.

UMNO will play the game like what they did in Perak recently. After Mahiaddin toppled down, UMNO will take the PM post, nothing less while offering the rest of PN MP as cabinet members. PN will have no choice other than to take it or be the opposition.

As of now, Istana needs 2 do nothing,as a vote ousting PN PM did not take place on floors of Parliament. Tis announcement of withdrawal of support by UMNO & letters rejecting PN PM happened outside Parliament. Muhyiddin remains as PM & PN Govt stays intact
