A FORENSICS expert told the coroner’s court today that deceased firefighter Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim was most probably hit by a door of a reversing vehicle to his back, which caused the fatal injuries that led to his death. Dr Ahmad Hafizam Hasmi from Hospital Kuala Lumpur, a forensic medicine specialist who carried out Adib’s post-mortem, told the courts that in his opinion, the “most probable” cause of Adib’s injuries was an impact from the Emergency Medical Rescue Services vehicle as it was backing out during the Sri Maha Mariamman Temple riots in Subang Jaya.
