“Kunjungan di kediaman Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, bertanya khabar, berbincang, dan bertukar pandangan,” tulis Abdul Hadi hari ini.Pertemuan kedua pemimpin itu bukan pertama kali berlangsung, malah Dr. Mahathir pernah dikunjungi Abdul Hadi pada Mei lalu apabila Presiden itu memberi sokongan kepada ‘Proklamasi Orang Melayu’.
Program Proklamasi Orang Melayu yang digerakkan Jawatankuasa Proklamasi Orang Melayu didakwa bukan agenda mana-mana parti politik, sebaliknya hanya untuk menyatukan orang Melayu yang semakin berpecah pada masa ini. Selain Abdul Hadi, Dr. Mahathir pernah menerima kunjungan Pengerusi Perikatan Nasional , Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin. – UTUSAN
