Higher Education Minister Noraini Ahmad says about 116,000 graduates need to be given attention.
She said the ministry’s Graduate Tracer Study for 2019 showed that 41,161 graduates remained unemployed. With an additional 75,000 to graduate this year it is estimated that 116,161 graduates need to be given attention to further increase their marketability. The funding assistance includes MyBrain Science, Higher Education Minister scholarship and financial assistance for students with disabilities, she said.
She added that the ministry is working together with the National Entrepreneur Group Economic Fund by introducing a micro-financing scheme for students to help them grow and improve their businesses.
What are you doing to remedy the issue? Your usual formula is to politicize the issue. Blame DAP, blame the non Malay community, blame the business community for paying low salaries. But never pointing finger at yourself. You are churning out sub par resources, think about it.
