TUJUH individu terdiri daripada seorang pegawai kanan dan lima anggota polis serta seorang awam didakwa di Mahkamah Majistret Tawau hari ini atas tuduhan membunuh dan bersubahat membunuh seorang lelaki pemandu e-hailing bulan lepas di sebuah ladang sawit di Tawau.
Semua tertuduh didakwa melakukan kesalahan itu di sebuah ladang kelapa sawit berdekatan Jalan Anjur Juara, Jalan Apas Batu 5, Tawau antara 7.30 malam hingga 11.30 malam pada 13 Januari lalu. Tertuduh Rosdi diwakili peguam Kamarudin Mohamad Chinki serta Timothy Daut manakala Khairul Azman diwakili peguam Chen Wen Jye, Ram Singh dan Kimberly Ye bagaimanapun lima lagi tertuduh tidak diwakili peguam.
