“Seorang lelaki tempatan, dipercayai penjaga stor, ditahan dan keterangannya diambil bagi membantu siasatan,” katanya. Beliau berkata, kes itu akan disiasat di bawah Akta Kawalan Bekalan 1961 dan Peraturan-Peraturan Kawalan Bekalan 1974. “Kami akan terus mengadakan pemeriksaan dan memantau aktiviti berkaitan barangan kawalan di Sabah bagi membendung penyelewengan,” kata Abas.
