Kosmo reported that four rivers in Selangor had recorded high water levels as of 7.55am.

However, residents in the area do not need to panic because the water levels in all rivers are still under control and seeing a downward trend based on data on Info Banjir Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran website.Meanwhile, the water level in Sungai Rasau in Tugu Keris reached 3.90 meter above the warning level.

Sungai Tengi in Pekan Tanjung Karang and Sungai Selangor in Teluk Penyamun also recorded water levels above warning levels at 2.30 meter and 2.62 meter.On another note, Pejabat Daerah Tanah Klang announced that they have opened two temporary shelters for flood victims from Kampung Delek Baru and Kampung Sungai Sireh.
