“Kes mula mengalami gejala demam, selesema dan sakit tekak pada 19 September dan kemudian dimasukkan ke sebuah pusat perubatan. Saringan Covid-19 didapati positif pada 20 September dan kes sudah dipindahkan ke Hospital Queen Elizabeth, Sabah. Menurut Noor Hisham, kes dikesan positif Covid-19 pada 18 September melalui saringan komuniti, kes tidak bergejala dan dimasukkan ke Hospital Tawau.
Noor Hisham berkata, kes mula mengalami demam, batuk, sakit tekak, sakit otot dan cirit-birit sejak 21 September dan dimasukkan ke sebuah pusat perubatan pada 25 September, di mana saringan Covid-19 didapati positif pada hari sama.
