THREE children were feared drowned while out looking for clams with their families at the Sg Kg Mangkuk estuary in Setiu this evening. The three children are Nurulhasya Humaira Che Mohd Humaizi, 11, her brother Muhammad Aryyan Faheem, seven and a relative Nur Amni Insyirah Saiful Tarmizi, nine.
