“Kerajaan sentiasa menyokong rakyat dan perniagaan, terutamanya perusahaan kecil dan sederhana mengendalikan perniagaan dalam era digitalisasi, yang mana transaksi pembayaran dibuat secara dalam talian atau tanpa tunai. Dengan peruntukan sejumlah RM300 juta, program itu dijangka memanfaatkan dua juta rakyat Malaysia berumur 18 ke 20 tahun, serta pelajar institusi pengajian tinggi sepenuh masa sekali gus mendorong perniagaan, terutamanya perusahaan mikro dan PKS untuk mula menerima kaedah pembayaran tanpa tunai.
