POLICE have arrested 28 men following clashes between two groups during a procession at the Bestari Jaya Kaliamma temple in Kuala Selangor last night. Selangor Criminal Investigation Department chief Fadzil Ahmat said the suspects were detained by the anti-vice, gaming and secret society division in an operation launched immediately after the fight.
