PETALING JAYA: The health ministry has detected 21 new Covid-19 clusters in the past 24 hours, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said today.

He said 13 were workplace clusters, five were community clusters, and one each involved a high-risk group, the education sector and a detention centre.
