21 held for illegal lottery, online gambling

A TOTAL of 21 individuals, including six women, were arrested by police in a raid at a condominium in Mont Kiara last night for allegedly dabbling in illegal lottery and online gambling.

Brickfields district police chief Zairulnizam Mohd Zainuddin said those arrested in the 11pm raid comprised 15 local men, five local women and a British woman. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription. Sign-up now and enjoy one week free access!
